What are LUNACELIA scarves made from?

Our scarves are made from carefully selected fabrics chosen for their softness, movement and beautiful finish.

Many of our pieces are made from polyester satin, while fabric composition may vary between designs.

Please check the individual product page for the exact composition of each piece.

How should I care for my scarf?

Care instructions may vary depending on the fabric.

For our 100% polyester satin pieces, we recommend gentle hand washing or a delicate wash at a maximum of 30°C, air drying naturally and ironing on a low heat setting.

Do you ship throughout the UK?

Yes. We deliver throughout the UK.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to selected international destinations.

How can I track my order?

Where tracking is available for your selected delivery service, you will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Can I return my order?

Yes. Eligible online purchases may be returned in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@lunacelia.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

We will then provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Please do not send returns to our registered office unless specifically instructed to do so.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not currently offer a standard exchange service.

If you would like a different design or colour, you can return an eligible item in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and place a new order.

If there is an issue with the item you received, please contact us before placing another order.

Can I return a personalised item?

Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised may not qualify for the standard change-of-mind cancellation right.

This may include products personalised with a name, initials, monogram or another custom detail specifically requested by you.

Your statutory rights are not affected if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes. Gift packaging is available for all LUNACELIA orders.

If your order is a gift or you have a special request, simply let us know when placing your order and we’ll be happy to prepare it with a little extra care.

Can I send an order directly as a gift?

Yes. You can enter the recipient’s address as the delivery address when placing your order.

If the order is being sent directly to someone as a gift, let us know and we’ll prepare it accordingly.

Will the colours look exactly the same as they do online?

We do our best to photograph and display our products as accurately as possible.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device settings and lighting.

Small variations may also occur between production batches.
