LUNACELIA LTD is referred to in these Terms as “LUNACELIA”, “we”, “us” or “our”.

2. Orders and Contract Formation

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order.

A contract between you and LUNACELIA is formed when we accept your order and confirm that it is being processed or dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, an obvious pricing or product information error has occurred, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

If payment has already been taken for an order that we cancel, we will issue a refund.

3. Products

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, photographs, descriptions and dimensions as accurately as possible.

However, colours may appear differently depending on your device, screen settings and lighting.

Where products are produced or finished in different batches, minor variations in colour, print placement, dimensions or finish may occur.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices displayed on our website are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise indicated.

Any applicable taxes will be displayed or included as required by law. Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown before you complete your purchase.

We accept the payment methods displayed as available at checkout. Available payment methods may change from time to time.

Payment is processed securely through our authorised payment providers.

If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may contact you before fulfilling the order. If we are unable to fulfil the order at the correct price, we may cancel it and refund any amount already paid.

5. Delivery

Available delivery options, charges and estimated delivery times are displayed on our website and/or at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, customs processing and adverse weather.

Unless otherwise agreed with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within the period required by applicable UK consumer law.

For international orders, customers may be responsible for local customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Risk in the products passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive them.

6. Your Right to Cancel

If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions.

To exercise this right, you must clearly inform us of your decision to cancel within the cancellation period.

Certain products may be excluded from the statutory cancellation right, including personalised or made-to-order goods and certain sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, where the statutory requirements for those exceptions are met.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms.

8. Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time, LUNACELIA may offer promotional discounts or promotional codes.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined with other offers and may be subject to eligibility requirements, minimum purchase values, excluded products or specific promotional periods.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend promotions where reasonably necessary. This does not affect orders already validly accepted.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections applicable where you live.
